DIN8165(FV) / DIN8167(M) chain
The DIN 8165 (FV) / 8167 (M) double drag link chain is a composite chain made up of inner and outer links. The mutual bush-pin connections are standart with circlips but also available in for example a splitpin or riveted version. The steel scrapers can be bendt or welded on the chain. Our most common chains are the FV90, FV112, FV140 and FV180.
In addition, VAV plastic scrapers can of course also be mounted on this chain. Or a combination with steel scrapers with plastic profiles.
This product is also generally called gutter chain, DIN chain, FV chain, M chain, T-shaped chain, L-shaped chain, redler chain, chain for Z-conveyor, transport chain, double plate chain or scraper chain.

Pins are available in different designs and materials: 16MnCr5, 42CrMo4i, 1.4034i, 1.4122i, 1.4462, 1.4713. Other materials are available on request.
Examples of double drag link chains
Below you will find a few examples of double drag link chain with steel/plastic scrapers. The steel scrapers can be welded or bent. The VAV plastic scrapers are easy to assemble and disassemble onto the outer plates. Steel scrapers can also be equiped with plastic profiles.
