Sprockets
VAV supplies the corresponding sprockets for each chain. Both for the drop forged chain, consisting of a body wheel with replaceable tooth segments, and for the double drag link chain are available in both one-piece and divided versions.
This product is also commonly called gutter scraper sprocket, fork sprocket, toothed wheel, toothed segments, Redler wheel or return wheel.
Sprocket for drop forged chain
The sprocket of the drop forged chain consists of a body wheel with interchangeable tooth segments. The following sprockets are available from stock. Different sizes are available on request.
These sprockets are also usually called fork wheels, toothed wheels, disc wheels or Redler wheels.

Sprocket for double drag link chain
The toothed sprocket and smooth return sprockets are wear-resistant due to the hardening on the tread. The wheels have a symmetrical hub and are divisible, making them easy to (dis)assemble.
