(Super) starco elevatorbekers

Starco en Super Starco elevatorbekers uit geperst staal (of roestvrij staal) en kunststof (PE, Nylon) zijn geschikt voor het transport van diverse producten met een hoge bandsnelheid.

De relatief lage achterhoogte en naar verhouding grote uitlading zorgen ervoor dat de (Super) Starco elevatorbeker zijn product ook met een hoge bandsnelheid makkelijk uitwerpt en er meer bekers per meter geplaatst kunnen worden. Hierdoor kan er een hogere capaciteit bereikt worden.

In onderstaande tabel vindt u de afmetingen met bijbehorende inhoud (Z3 = watervulling) en het maximaal aantal bekers per meter.

Dit product wordt ook vaak aangeduid als of kan worden vergeleken met: Claus, System C, Jet, EuroJet of elevatorbeker met hoge capaciteit.

Starco staal

Starco elevatorbekers uit geperst staal (S235JRG2 of RVS) zijn geschikt voor het transport van diverse producten. Door de relatief lage achterhoogte (h1) van de bekers kan er een groot aantal bekers per meter geplaatst worden. Deze bekers kunnen ook in een gelaste uitvoering geproduceerd worden. Tevens kunnen deze elevatorbekers uitgevoerd worden met een voorrand-/ of 3-zijdige randversterking.

De lage achterhoogte en naar verhouding grote uitlading zorgen ervoor dat de Starco beker zijn product ook met een hoge bandsnelheid makkelijk uitwerpt. Hierdoor kan er een hoge capaciteit bereikt worden.

Starco elevatorbekers zijn ook leverbaar in een dikte van (t) 2,5 en 3,0 mm.

Kunststof starco bekers

VAV levert kunststof Starco elevatorbekers in PEHD en Nylon uit voorraad. Daarnaast zijn ook PU en Zytel leverbaar. Kunststof elevatorbekers zijn met name geschikt voor het transport van kleverige of vette producten.

Een ander voordeel is dat plastic elevatorbekers bij scheefloop niet vonken, zelfs als de riem niet goed is uitgelijnd. PEHD is temperatuurbestendig tot 70 graden celcius. Nylon elevatorbakken zijn temperatuurbestendig tot 90 graden celcius.

Super starco staal

De Super Starco bekers zijn dieper dan de “gewone” Starco bekers, maar zijn net zo geschikt voor elevatoren met een hogere bandsnelheden. Deze elevatorbeker is met name geschikt voor lichte en/of natte materialen. Zowel de stalen als de kunststof (PEHD en nylon) Super Starco elevatorbekers zijn uit voorraad leverbaar. Daarnaast zijn materialen PU en zytel ook leverbaar.
