Drop forged chains supplied by VAV are manufactured from heat-treated, high-grade alloy steel to ensure maximum strength and durability. These forged conveyor chains are designed for heavy-duty industrial applications such as conveyors, elevators, and material handling systems.
Each chain link is fitted with precision-engineered pins, available in a wide range of materials to suit different working environments and operational demands.
Available Pin Materials
VAV supplies forged chain pins in the following high-quality materials: 16MnCr5, 42CrMo4i, 1.4034i, 1.4122i, 1.4462 and 1.4713
Chain Options and Accessories
Our drop forged chains can be equipped with plastic scrapers, steel scrapers, or a combination of both. Multiple chain sizes and configurations are available from stock, ensuring fast delivery and flexibility for various industrial applications.
These forged chains are also commonly referred to as: Forged chain, Fork chain, redler chain, VO-chain and scraper chain.
