VO-chain

VO-chain consists of welded sheet metal links. These links are easy to (dis)assemble using a pin with Allen bolt. The chain is provided with welded-on curved scrapers. Standard chain widths are 260, 360, 460 and 560 mm. Intermediate sizes are possible.

Additional options are:
The steel scrapers can be equiped with plastic cleaning sheets. This will provide a low-residu trough. You can also weld return containers onto the scrapers. This prevents accumulation of your product at the return sprocket.

In the table below you will find the three different versions of this chain with corresponding breaking loads of up to 170 kN.

This product is also commonly called fork chain, redler chain, plate chain or scraper chain.
