Belt clamps offer an alternative to the belt fasteners. They are manufactured in steel or stainless steel to your specifications. 2 models are available.

belt fasteners model speedy
3-piece belt fasteners made of cast iron, bronze or stainless steel, standard width 50 mm, suitable for a maximum belt load of 800 kg/cm. The bronze and stainless steel versions are both non-sparking. Stainless steel Speedy’s are also suitable for the food industry.
The Maxi-Ultra and Maxi-Super elevator belt connectors are widely applicable due to the radius in the clamp and are therefore suitable for multiple belt constructions. The removable rubber wear part on the aluminum wedge piece ensures good guidance over the pulley. The width of the Maxi-Ultra is 60 mm and the Maxi-Super 75 mm. The Maxi-Super connector can be used from elevator belts with a thickness of 12 mm.

Assembly
Example of the assembly of 4 belt fasteners for belt widths between 200 and 230 mm. The distance between the belt fasteners may be somewhere between 0 and 10 mm.
